Elton Leon Yan is a highly experienced structural engineer with a robust background in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Director at Waterman Group since November 2021, previous positions include Associate Director and Principal Structural Engineer. Prior experience at AECOM spans from September 2014 to November 2021, where Elton held several roles including Engineer for Advanced Structures and Graduate Engineer. A secondment as a Field Engineer at Crossrail Ltd further enriched expertise. Early career experiences included summer placements on significant projects such as the M1 Junction 19 Bridge and Theale Railway Station footbridge.
