John Rigdon serves as the Vice President of Projects and Planning at Waterloo Greenway, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of multi-million dollar parks and open space projects. With a background in community and regional planning, John has successfully managed the execution of Waterloo Park and other capital projects, while also developing new funding sources and engaging with stakeholders. Prior to their current role, John managed design teams and partnerships at SXSW and The University of Texas at Austin.
