Louis Huetz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity, management, and investment banking. Currently serving as Partner at Waterland Private Equity since September 2020, Louis previously held the position of Group CEO at Altrad from December 2013 to September 2020, where significant expansion through acquisitions and organic growth was achieved. Prior to Altrad, Louis served as Managing Director at Banca Leonardo, co-founding the Midcaps department and gaining recognition as one of the top young investment bankers. Louis also held leadership positions at Aforge Capital Management, where the firm significantly increased in size, and at Arthur Andersen, where foundational roles in audit and M&A were established. Military service as a Lieutenant in the French Army provided leadership training and a strong values foundation. Louis holds a Master of Science in Engineering from CentraleSupélec.
