Cortney Koenig Worrall currently serves as the President and CEO of the Waterfront Alliance, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Cortney was the Northeast Senior Regional Director at the National Parks Conservation Association from January 2014 to August 2020 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Waterfront Alliance between January 2009 and January 2014. Cortney also served as the Executive Director of The Coastal Marine Resource Center from October 2007 to January 2009 and worked as an Organizational Consultant for the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control from April 2003 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Policy from Columbia University.
