Megan O'Meara Diehl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Megan most recently served as the Regional Vice President of Community Engagement at Waterford.org since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Unite Us, where they held the position of Regional Vice President of Customer and Community Success from February 2023 to August 2023, and previously served as the Florida State Director from April 2021 to February 2023. Megan also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Megan worked as the Senior Director of the Healthy Schools and Communities Program from May 2019 to March 2021, and prior to that as the Director of the same program from July 2015 to April 2019. Additionally, they served as the National Network Manager from March 2014 to June 2015 and as the Healthy Schools Program Manager for Florida from January 2011 to February 2014. Megan started their career at UnitedHealthcare, where they worked as a Marketing and New Business Development Coordinator from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Director at Fathoms Enterprises, and as a Creative Manager and Bookkeeper at Qupont Consultants. Megan's career began in 1998 as an Account Manager at JGHC / PVD and Partners / Regan, Campbell, Ward.

Megan O'Meara Diehl has a diverse educational background. Megan studied Psychology, Pre-Med, and French at Tulane University. Megan then obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Penn State University. Megan furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Health Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
