Elisha Olivestone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Registrar at The JCC in Manhattan in 2001 and held this position until 2004. In 2003, Olivestone joined Shaarei Mevaseret Tzion as a Technical Director, where they stayed until 2005. They then took on the role of Administrative Director at Jewel - Aish Hatorah for a brief period from April 2005 to October 2005.
Olivestone's career then shifted towards sales and business development. From November 2005 to August 2008, they worked at Kayote Networks as a Sales & Key Account Manager, responsible for selling products and services to clients across multiple countries. During this time, they served as the main contact for British Telecom Global and managed the entire sales cycle.
In 2008, Olivestone joined XConnect as the Sales & Business Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, where they sold NGN hardware, cloud-based services, and software solutions to various clients. They achieved significant growth in regional revenue and margin during their tenure. From April 2013 to April 2017, Olivestone advanced to the role of Director of Sales for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa at XConnect. They continued to deliver successful sales strategies, built commercial relationships, and exceeded initial projections.
Following their time at XConnect, Olivestone briefly co-founded Sunhouse Telecom in January 2009. In April 2017, they joined INNITEL as the Director of Sales, showcasing their expertise in sales management.
Most recently, Olivestone has been working at Waterfall Security Solutions since January 2018, where they have held multiple roles. They began as the Sales Director for APAC & ME, focusing on selling network cybersecurity products to critical infrastructure sites globally. Currently, Olivestone is serving as the Director of Business Development & Channel Partnerships, responsible for developing partnerships and driving business growth.
