Bing Espina Rhodes serves as the Director of Infrastructure Development at WaterConnect since October 2024, following tenure as Head of Infrastructure Project Development and Advisory at Water.org. Previous experience includes the role of Bids and Proposals Director at Mowah CO., responsible for managing water and wastewater project bids across the GCC. Bing has extensive project management experience, having served as New Business Head at Manila Water - Indonesia and held various leadership positions at Manila Water, directing operations in technical services, laboratory services, and water forensics. Bing holds a Master's Degree in Environment and Natural Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of the Philippines.
