Jonathan Tamayo is an experienced Learning and Capability Manager currently with WaterNSW since August 2023. Previously, Jonathan held positions as Training Manager - Delivery at CAE Australia, L&D Capability Advisor at the NSW Department of Customer Service, and L&D Business Partner at Transport for NSW, among others. Jonathan's expertise spans various roles in learning and development, training management, and competency-based pathway creation across organizations such as Woolworths Group and SiteMinder. Jonathan's career began with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Centro Escolar University, completed in 2000.
