Brendan Maher currently serves as the Manager of Stakeholder Engagement at WaterNSW since May 2023. Prior to this role, Brendan held the position of General Manager - Community and Foundation at the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club from February 2022 to April 2023. Brendan's extensive experience includes ten years at the Clontarf Foundation in various capacities, including Chief Operations Officer for NSW and QLD, Partnerships Manager, and Zone Manager. Brendan also served as Director at Pillars of Strength and spent nearly four years as Senior Manager at Macquarie Group, overseeing the Macquarie Sports Program and working in Foreign Exchange. Earlier in the career, Brendan was a Development Manager for Inner City (Sydney) with AFL (NSW/ACT). Academically, Brendan holds a Bachelor of Sports Management from the University of Canberra and postgraduate degrees in Commerce and Public Relations from the University of Sydney and University of Technology Sydney, respectively.
