Sri Latha has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Functional Associate in HR operations at WaterHealth International since November 2015. Prior to this role, Sri Latha worked in talent acquisition at SCM Data India Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period in 2015, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process and developing hiring strategies. Sri Latha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Osmania University, earned between 2013 and 2015.
