Rich D'Amato brings extensive leadership experience in the environmental and engineering sectors, holding key positions such as Chair & CEO, President, and CEO at Brown and Caldwell. As a Senior Vice President and Global Director of Business Development at CH2M HILL, along with serving as Vice President at The Shaw Group, Rich D'Amato has demonstrated expertise in business development and management. Rich D'Amato's educational background includes a master's degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Currently, Rich D'Amato serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Water For People.
