Eugene Dusingizumuremyi is a highly experienced professional in water resource management and WASH services, currently serving as the Country Director for Water For People since May 2012, overseeing the organization's initiatives in Rwanda to ensure sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene infrastructure. Previously held roles include Program Manager and Rulindo Challenge Program Manager, focusing on project planning, implementation, and sustainability. Eugene's career also includes strategic positions such as Water Projects Implementation Officer at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, monitoring, and budget management, as well as a lecturing role at KIST, imparting knowledge on water management and environmental subjects. Eugene holds multiple degrees, including an International Masters of Environmental Science from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology from KIST.
