The Leadership Team at Water for Good is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization, overseeing the development and implementation of programs, and securing the necessary funding to sustain and expand its services. The team includes the Chief Development Officer, who focuses on fundraising and donor relations; the CEO, who provides overall leadership and direction; and the VP Program Strategy, who ensures that the organization's programs are effectively addressing the needs of the communities they serve in the Central African Republic.
