Carter Phillips

Carter Phillips PT, DPT currently serves as a Physical Therapist at the Naval Medical Center San Diego with the United States Department of Defense, focusing on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, performance training, and acute injury assessment for active duty personnel. Concurrently, Carter leads the educational division at Water and Sports Physical Therapy Inc., developing the Neuro Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute and presenting the latest research to staff. Prior experience includes managing a physical therapy clinic and serving as the Clinic Director, as well as coaching the PLNU Women's Soccer team, where Carter contributed to the team's recognition as the NCAA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year in 2019. Carter holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Health Science from Point Loma Nazarene University.
