Victor Pena has a diverse background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at WatchGuard Technologies since July 2019, Victor also holds a position as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance Canada, beginning in December 2016. Prior to these roles, Victor worked as a Sales Manager at Aaron's, Inc. from August 2010 to November 2015 and as a Sales Specialist at easyhome Furnishings from April 2003 to November 2005. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Georgian College, completed between 2000 and 2003.
