Nicole Munro is a seasoned professional in software engineering and technical support with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Development Engineer at WatchGuard Technologies since July 2009, Nicole has held various engineering roles within the company, contributing significantly to cloud platform development and software engineering. Prior to this, Nicole worked at BorderWare Technologies Inc. in multiple leadership and engineering capacities in firewall security, and at Secure Computing as a Technical Support Specialist. Nicole's earlier career includes roles at Brock University, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, teaching assistance, and web development. Nicole holds a H.BSc degree in Math and Computer Science from Brock University.
