Karen M. possesses extensive experience in technical writing and human resources, currently serving as a Technical Writer at WatchGuard Technologies since December 2019. Previously, Karen held the role of Senior Technical Writer at IBM Canada from February 2011 to November 2019, focusing on the Watson Financial Services and the Financial Crimes Insight platform. Prior to that, Karen was a Human Resources Business Partner at Clarity Systems until its acquisition by IBM in October 2010, continuing in the same role at IBM until February 2011. Karen's career also includes positions as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Generalist at Clarity Systems. Academically, Karen earned a Master’s degree in Criminology and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Criminology and Psychology, and a minor in Sociology from the University of Toronto.
