Charlotte Baldwin is an experienced professional in the jewellery and luxury retail industry, currently serving as Purchasing Administration Manager at Watchfinder since June 2016, following a role as Purchasing Assistant. Prior experience includes positions as Sales Associate and Visual Merchandiser at Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd, and as Supervisor and Visual Merchandiser at PANDORA A/S, where Charlotte led visual merchandising efforts in the flagship store. Initial experience in fine jewellery was gained at Goldsmiths Jewellers, focusing on customer experience and product knowledge. Charlotte holds a Level 2 Diploma in Floristry from Hadlow College and has a foundational education from Holmesdale Technology College.
