Thor Retzlaff has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 when they co-founded the companies Intrepid and 3Reads. At Intrepid, they drove cause into expeditions around the world using curated content from the field to inspire action on social platforms. At 3Reads, they played a co-founding role for a brief period. In 2018, Thor also worked as a Social Media Strategist at ZPPR, a collaborative media platform, where they focused on creating, publishing, and measuring visual content. In 2019, they joined Do Good Sh*t as a Director and served until April 2022. Most recently, in 2020, Thor co-founded Wasted* and held the roles of Co-Founder and later Chief Executive Officer.

Thor Retzlaff earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, with a minor in Economics, from Lewis & Clark College between 2014 and 2018.
