Prafull Sharma is an experienced investment and development manager currently serving as the Investment Manager for New Developments at Wasl Group since January 2023, overseeing new initiatives and partnership development across various asset types. Previously held the role of Development Manager at Wasl, managing over 4,600 residential units and multiple hotels in Dubai. Prafull's expertise also includes a tenure as a Senior Associate at Deloitte's Real Estate Financial Advisory unit, where strategic advice was provided to government clients on large-scale masterplan projects. Prafull's prior experience at CBRE Asia Pacific encompassed roles in Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory, focusing on business development, financial structuring, and market analysis. Additionally, Prafull served as a consultant for the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in India, advising on logistics infrastructure development. Prafull holds a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT University and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Government College of Architecture.
