Mark Stewart is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Purchasing and Contracts Manager for Washoe County, State of Nevada, since June 2019, and as Chief of Procurement Services for the State of Nevada Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, since June 2016. Previously, Mark held the position of Procurement Manager at the Nevada Department of Transportation from 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities included managing contracts and agreements. Mark began an independent insurance agency, Archway Insurance Services, as a Partner/Agent from 2005 to 2011, specializing in personal lines insurance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of the Pacific, earned between 1998 and 2002.
