Julia Ratti serves as the Behavioral Health Administrator for Washoe County, a role established in April 2024 to advance regional behavioral health initiatives. Prior to this position, Julia held the title of Director of Programs and Projects at Northern Nevada Public Health, following the rebranding of Washoe County Health District, where Julia also served as Director of Programs and Projects and Health Educator from March 2020 to September 2023. Julia's extensive experience includes serving as a Senator for the State of Nevada, where responsibilities included Assistant Majority Leader and chairing various committees. Previous roles also encompass President of Strategic Management Services, where consulting was provided to nonprofit and government agencies, and leadership positions within the Girl Scouts organization. Educational qualifications include a BA in Art with a minor in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master's in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Francisco.
