Whitney Phair is a Juris Doctor candidate at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, expecting to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a Student Attorney in the First Amendment Clinic and holding positions as Executive Editor and Staff Editor for the Washington University Law Review, Whitney has gained legal experience through various roles, including as a Summer Associate at Paul Hastings and a Judicial Intern at the New York State Supreme Court. Previous experience includes working as an Eligibility Specialist at Brown & Brown and a Legal Intern at Sanders Law Group. Whitney's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Economics, & Law from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, completed in December 2020, and a high school diploma from St. Francis Preparatory School.
