Becky Baumann has held various roles in project management, operations, and program assistance. Currently working at Apprenti as a Project Manager and Program Manager, Becky focuses on creating pathways for underrepresented groups to access tech careers. Prior to this, Becky worked at Gensler, Chicago ENT, and Northwestern University, gaining experience in studio coordination, operations management, and program assistance. With a background in English Literature, Becky's diverse skill set includes finance management, grant writing, and program impact analysis.
