Paula Workman has over three decades of experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Washington Regional Medical Center since August 2019. Prior to this role, Paula Workman held the position of Chief Financial Officer at MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas from January 1994 to 2020. Paula Workman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Arkansas between 1982 and 1986.
