Lucas Campbell, MD, currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Washington Regional, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Lucas was a partner and president at Northwest Arkansas Pathology Associates, P.A. from July 2008 to November 2023, where responsibilities included serving as an associate pathologist. Lucas's training includes a fellowship in Surgical/Selective Pathology at Washington University in St. Louis (July 2007 - June 2008), a residency in Anatomical & Clinical Pathology at St. Louis University School of Medicine (July 2006 - June 2007), as well as a fellowship in Gastrointestinal & Hepatic Pathology at UChicago Medicine (July 2005 - June 2006) and a residency at UAMS (July 2002 - June 2005). Education was completed with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from UAMS (1998 - 2002) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from the University of the Ozarks (1994 - 1998).
