Scott Ward is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Washington Penn since February 2023, Scott has held several key positions including Global Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Engineering Standards at Audia, and Engineering Manager at Washington Penn Plastic Co., Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams and facility maintenance operations. Scott's career began at Kyowa America Corporation, where various roles encompassed managing production and quality for Visual Entertainment System projects, leading lean manufacturing initiatives, and maintaining local network systems. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Scott possesses a strong background in safety, process optimization, and team leadership.
