Yvonne Manfra serves as the Director at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since February 2019, overseeing service operations for WMATA bus divisions and ensuring that key performance indicators are met. Prior to WMATA, Yvonne held multiple roles at MV Transportation, including Division Manager, managing a division of 180 staff and a $20M public transportation contract in the Washington DC metro area. Yvonne also served as Transportation Director at Somerset County Transportation, contributing to policy creation and compliance with transportation program initiatives. Additional experience includes management at Long Valley Community Action Program and land use planning for the Township of Pequannock. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from Cook College, a Master's in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Transportation Planning from Rutgers University, and a Master's of Science in Natural Resource Management from SUNY, Syracuse.
