Frances Osamor is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and application support. Currently serving as a Senior Application System Specialist at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority since June 2023, Frances also holds the position of Lead System Engineer ll/Analyst with the DC Government, focusing on troubleshooting network issues and performing root-cause analysis since October 2021. Previous roles include Information Technology Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where responsibility included managing help desk tasks and technical methodologies for Service Now, as well as SQL Database Administrator at Protocall Communications, overseeing database management and SQL services.
