Donald Falken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and surveying, primarily at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), where service spans from May 1987 to present. As a Senior Program Manager since March 2022, Donald has focused on overseeing key initiatives and projects. Prior roles at WMATA included Senior Program Manager and Assistant Chief Engineer in Geomatics, where responsibilities encompassed managing mapping, surveying, remote sensing, GPS, and GIS requirements, along with overseeing survey field crews. Donald's earlier career includes positions as Survey Manager at WMATA, Chief Surveyor at Kiewit Construction, and Assistant District Manager at Raymond International, as well as serving as an Engineering Technician - Surveyor with the U.S. Forest Service. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained from 1970 to 1977.
