Jennifer Millstone has over three decades of experience in communications, member engagement, and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement at Washington Hebrew Congregation since 2003. Millstone has held various roles, including Director of Communications and Communications Manager, where responsibilities included establishing communication strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the design of the organization's flagship magazine. Previous positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Bear Stearns involved developing training programs and employee development initiatives. Jennifer Millstone holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Syracuse University.
