Cliff Magness is a privacy management professional with extensive experience in government and military human resources. Currently serving as the Privacy Manager at Washington Health Benefit Exchange since July 2022, Magness previously held the position of Privacy Officer and Data Share Agreement Administrator at the Washington State Department of Revenue from September 2017 to July 2022, where significant contributions included developing a comprehensive privacy compliance program and internal tools for information categorization. Prior roles include Retirement Specialist and Administrative Assistant at the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems, a decade of service in various human resources capacities within the US Army, and leadership in the Corporate Human Resources Division with the United States Forces - Afghanistan. Magness holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and has pursued education at Excelsior University and Troy University.
