Christopher Bethel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and end-user computing. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Washington Gas since October 2022, Christopher has previously held the position of Senior Specialist End User Computing at WGL from September 2016 to October 2023. Prior to that, Christopher worked as an IT Consultant at Avanade, where management of a team supporting over 1,200 users and involvement in data center decommissioning and migration were key responsibilities. Christopher began a career in IT as a temporary help desk technician and quickly advanced to manage a team within three years. Additionally, Christopher served as the Deputy Commissioner for the Commissioner of the Revenue in Madison County, Virginia, from April 2009 to May 2010. Christopher Bethel holds a degree in Intellectual Property Law from Ohio Northern University's Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
