Erica C. has extensive experience in educational support, currently serving as the MTSS Specialist at Spokane Public Schools since March 2015, focusing on increasing student engagement and educational outcomes. Previously, in the role of Student Academic Support Specialist, Erica provided academic support and created success plans for high school students. Erica also has experience as a Student Services Assistant, managing truancy interventions and discipline processes. In addition to work at Spokane Public Schools, Erica has been a Culturally Responsive Trainer with the Washington Education Association since August 2019. Prior roles include Administrative Assistant at Daybreak Youth Services and Tutor at Community Colleges of Spokane. Erica holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Whitworth University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gonzaga University.
