Dameon Ellis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Case Manager at Open Doors @ Greenriver College, where support is provided to students without a high school diploma to help them achieve educational goals. As a WEA Trainer for the Washington Education Association, Dameon develops training programs related to special education. Previous roles include Rehabilitation Technician at DSHS - Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, where interviews and support were provided to potential customers, as well as mentoring in the 3 Mall Safety Pilot Project at Glover Empower Mentoring.
