Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Morris is a seasoned professional in rental assistance program management, currently serving as the Rental Assistance Program Manager for Washington County since January 2020. In this role, Elizabeth oversees various rental assistance programs, including federal and local initiatives, with a capacity of 5,000 subsidies. Prior to this position, Elizabeth accumulated extensive experience at the Seattle Housing Authority from December 2008 to January 2020, where roles included Program Analyst, HCV Technical Trainer, and Senior Certification Specialist and VASH Coordinator, focusing on compliance auditing and training. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assessment and Eligibility Specialist at Ottawa County Community Action Agency after beginning a career in HCV and Section 8 vouchers. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Charleston Southern University, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
