Heather Stock is an experienced education program coordinator and grant manager at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, where responsibilities include administering the program approval process and managing the Early Achievers Grant program. Previous roles include serving as a Club House Facilitator for Thurston TOGETHER!, a temporary Secretary Senior in the Education Division at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, and a Volunteer Coordinator at Food Lifeline, where significant volunteer program growth was achieved.
