Christopher Carter possesses extensive experience in higher education and health administration, currently serving in the EDI and Student Services Division at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since April 2022. As Dean at Renton Technical College since November 2015, Christopher collaborates with health industry partners to enhance program development and oversee various operational responsibilities. Previous roles include Program Chair and Associate Dean for Allied Health at Charter College and other institutions, where contributions ranged from curriculum development to faculty training. Christopher’s background also includes technical writing and management in healthcare claims, with educational qualifications including multiple degrees in Adult Higher Education and Educational Leadership, among others.
