Katharine Farrar currently serves as the Director of Alumni Chapter Programs at Washington and Lee University, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Katharine worked as a Client Manager for Private Clients at Marsh McLennan Agency - Mid-Atlantic from December 2020 to May 2023, and as a Personal Account Manager at Bagwell and Bagwell Insurance for a brief period in 2020. Katharine's experience also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Special Programs, as well as the Alumni Programs Officer at Episcopal High School from June 2016 to July 2020. Katharine obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Washington and Lee University, where attendance spanned from 2007 to 2011, following education at Episcopal High School from 2003 to 2007.
