Jowen Mei is an experienced agile practitioner and leader with a background in Scrum framework implementation and coaching. Currently serving as a LeSS Scrum Master at °Âä°ù³Ù²õ¾±±ôä and a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org, Jowen has previously held significant roles including Agile Coach Software at Lightyear and Scrum Master at Action, where Jowen facilitated successful transitions to in-house development. With roots in software development and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (Cum Laude) from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Jowen also founded Stichting .NET Zuid and has contributed to multiple organizations, focusing on enhancing team agility and promoting self-organization within software teams.
