Maciej Zarzycki has extensive experience in the IT sector, primarily in project management and system analysis within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager and System Analyst at Warta since 2012, Maciej has successfully implemented critical functionalities for group policies maintenance, automated processing of arrears, and migration projects. Prior roles include Main Specialist in System Development at SIGNAL IDUNA Poland, focusing on business analysis and systems integration, and as an IT Consultant at Software AG. Maciej's career at Warta began in 1997, progressing from a developer and system analyst to a managerial role overseeing multiple IT teams and projects related to life insurance systems development. Maciej holds dual Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Warsaw, enhancing expertise in technology and insurance products.
