Adam Silva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in philanthropy, coaching, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy at Warrior Rising since January 2025, Adam leads fundraising efforts and develops strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and increase donations. Adam also works as an Executive Coach & Fellow at Ordinary Hero Coaching and has held the position of Director of Player Development - Lacrosse at Jacksonville University since 2019. With extensive coaching experience spanning over 30 years, Adam has contributed to various organizations including ReSupply, SP Consulting, and Superior Fence & Rail Franchising. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Jacksonville University, in addition to a certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
