Kadri Kiisk has been working in the technology industry since 2009. In 2009, Kadri began as a Software Tester for AS Andmevara. From 2011 to 2017, Kadri worked at Proekspert AS in roles of Product Owner and Quality Engineer. In 2017, Kadri became the Head of Product at Warren.io, where they were responsible for managing the backlog of development and coaching the team in implementing agile principles.

Kadri Kiisk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Additionally, in May 2012, Kiisk earned a certification in Web Application Security Essentials from Clarified Security OÜ.
