Bill Gregory

Principal at Warren and Mahoney

Bill Gregory joined the practice in 1982 and was made a Principal in 2003.

As one of Warren and Mahoney’s principal design architects, Bill enjoys close working relationships with many of New Zealand’s larger scale specialists and consultants, and has played a key role in the successful design and delivery of a number of notable large-scale projects.

With a strong background in large commercial, health and institutional, and infrastructure projects, Bill’s broad abilities and experience enable him to contribute in a number of areas from design to development to project management. An excellent listener, he enjoys solving complex problems and making sure that solutions are as simple possible and well understood by his clients.

Bill’s wide-ranging technical skills include the effective management of IT/CAD systems, freehand sketching, and services coordination for complex buildings. However, his most valuable skill may be his ability to lead the diverse team of specialists that it takes to keep a large-scale project on track, on time, and on budget.

Bill leads Warren and Mahoney’s health team. He is a member of both the Christchurch Urban Design Panel and the Christchurch Polytechnic Spatial and Design Advisory Group.

Bill is a registered Greenstar Practitioner.
