Paweł Warjan Gaviria is an experienced professional in business process management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Warner Bros. Discovery since March 2023, Paweł has previously co-founded Gigflow, where funding of $300k was secured from the European Union's Regional Development Fund. As Business Process Management Senior Manager at Intersnack Poland, Paweł developed an extensive business process framework, contributing to EBITDA growth. Prior experience at Accenture involved leading operational transformations across various high-profile clients in the communications and technology sectors. Beginning a career in project management at Valeo Engine Cooling, Paweł also played an essential role in developing engineering solutions for automotive clients. Paweł holds a Master’s degree in Automation and Robotics from AGH University of Krakow.
