Kirsten Waters is an experienced professional in technology sourcing and public relations, currently serving as Director of Technology Strategic Sourcing at Warner Bros. Discovery since December 2023. Previously, Kirsten held various leadership roles at AT&T from July 2015 to December 2023, including Lead Technical Sourcing Manager and Contracts Manager, focusing on IT supplier spend and contract management. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Manager at DIRECTV from December 2012 to January 2022, and founding Strange Angel Marketing/PR, where comprehensive media consulting and public relations services were provided. Kirsten has a solid educational background with an ABA Certification in Legal Assistance from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in History and French from UC Santa Barbara, along with studies at Sciences Po Lyon.
