Kyle Nabors is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Ward Church since January 2021, Kyle previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Ships from March to December 2020. A notable tenure at Kensington Community Church lasted from July 2004 to March 2020 as Executive Director, following a significant role at Mercy Ships from November 1992 to July 2004 encompassing organizational development, campus direction, and chaplaincy. Earlier career experiences include working as a Welding Engineer at Jared Industries and serving in the US Navy as E-6 HT1. Kyle holds a Masterā€™s Degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Human Resources Management from Trinity College and additional certifications in Lay Counseling and Bible studies from Liberty University.
