Amanda Kohlsdorf is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and management within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Warby Parker since July 2019, Amanda has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting the Customer Experience, Manufacturing, and Corporate teams. Prior to Warby Parker, Amanda held senior recruiting positions at Nordstrom and Hudson's Bay Company, and worked with URBN as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Amanda began a career in the retail industry as a General Manager at Urban Outfitters and later at Coach. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Music from the University of Valley Forge, obtained in 2006.
