Kerry Wykes has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Resourcing Partner for Senior Appointments at Warburtons since May 2017, focusing on difficult to fill roles and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in the recruitment process. Prior to this role, Wykes worked at Investigo as a Senior Recruiter, leading recruitment solutions for various clients from May 2012 to April 2017. Previous positions include serving as Principal Consultant for Hudson, HR & Recruitment Manager at Amber Group Limited, In-house Recruiter at Cornerstone Resourcing, Founder & Director of Recruitment at RED, and Recruitment Consultant at McCall Ltd. Through these roles, Wykes has developed a strong background in HR policy creation, contract harmonisation, and best practice recruitment processes.
