Willow Bailon is a Private Equity Associate at Warburg Pincus LLC since September 2022, following a successful tenure as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi from August 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Business Simulation Lab from February 2017 to December 2019 and completing an Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Citi in the summer of 2019. Additionally, Willow held the role of General Manager of Campus Promotions at Student Agencies, Inc. from October 2017 to December 2018 and interned at Diana Gould LTD in May and June 2016. Willow is a graduate of Cornell University, having earned a degree from the institution between 2016 and 2020, and attended Byram Hills High School from 2012 to 2016.
